At Itelco, we understand that the correct resourcing of projects will deliver significant benefits to our client: reduced costs, increased revenues and improved business efficiency.

We have implemented a specific Programme Management methodology to ensure this success. There are Two main components who are driving our methodology: Project Lifecycle and Project Team performance measurement.

Project Lifecycle

Projects / programmes are risk activities, and any change is interpreted as the biggest risk. This is why Itelco has created several baseline models and we manage the changes in performance against these models.

With the client we identify the resource allocation problems and define the exact resource requirements. We review the requirements with any existing resource skills, re-clarify the gap in resources and provide flexible solutions such as part-time, full-time and training resources, to cover the shortfall.

After we have implemented the resourcing solution, we use a transparent reporting process that clearly shows progress, milestones, risk and issues of the project.

Project team

Under the leadership of an experienced Project Professional we provide a detailed management of performance throughout the programme to ensure its successful delivery.

In coordination with our client, Itelco is selected a project team who possesses strong project management skills running throughout, with disciplines such as base-lining, process mapping, planning, risk management, reporting and cost control
